While TEG has worked on hundreds of environmental investigations throughout SE Michigan, the projects below represent a small sample of redevelopment that resulted from the initial due diligence activities provided by TEG. Each of these projects represents the repurposing of properties that were either blighted, contaminated, or otherwise underutilized prior to TEG investigations, and/or remediation (clean-up).
